Dear QHST Families/Teachers/Staff & Administrators,
On behalf of the QHST PTA, I would like to
welcome you to the 2011-2012 School Year.
My name is Sandra Dastagirzada and I'm a proud parent of three children,
two of which attended this wonderful school. I have proudly taken on the
role of President as a way to give back and show my appreciation for
what QHST has done for my children and my family. Giving back with
my time and resources was something I felt would benefit the school as
well as my children.
We have a dynamic PTA who works with the school administration and staff
in creating an environment conducive to successful learning for our
students. Joining the PTA allows you to be a part of this learning
environment and your child’s school in a way that adds tremendous value.
While everyone is not able to commit their time in volunteering, you can still be supportive by joining the PTA.
QHST PTA values parent involvement in whatever way it is offered.
Whether it be through serving on the PTA or volunteering at our school
store. If you are interested in volunteering at various PTA events,

how you can help.
Being a PTA member arms us with the opportunity to be informed, involved
and educated in our children’s school and activities. As your PTA
President, it is my goal to keep our QHST families involved and
informed. I want to encourage everyone to visit our web site as often as
possible to stay informed.
The partnership of the QHST PTA, administrators and staff, your parent
involvement, and a quality education is a recipe for creating successful
leaders of the future.
Your PTA is committed to another year of service to you and your child,
and I look forward to meeting you and getting you involved.
